My favorite thing about working with Connie is her commitment to excellence. She has an incredible eye for detail, and will put in the time and energy to make each image the best that it can be. From planning, to shooting, to post-processing, Connie does not settle for “good enough”, but rather does everything in her power to create beautiful images. I knew even before working on my recital shoot that this would be the case, as I have worked with Connie multiple times in the past. She never ceases to impress me, and I am always so happy with the final images. For my recital shoot, she created the most seamless composite image I have ever seen. Additionally, she worked to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I am not the most at ease in front of a camera, but Connie helped me to feel comfortable and happy throughout the shoot. I would recommend Connie Edward Photography to anyone looking for the full package: a fun process and beautiful portraits!

It was so much fun working with you Connie. I love how you pay attention to every little detail and make sure you get the perfect shot. You were great at guiding me through the poses and helped me feel natural in front of the camera. You are definitely talented and captured this wonderful moment in my life with perfection.

Working with Connie was amazing because I felt confident with her work from the beginning knowing that this was my first ever professional photoshoot. I trusted her from the start. She was so patient with taking my senior and prom pictures at the beach, at my aunt’s house, and in my bedroom. She had so many ideas for the photoshoot and telling me to just be myself and have fun which I really did along the way. She really inspired me because I am a shy person but working with her changed that and made me feel assured, relaxed and to believe in myself. At the beginning doing this photoshoot it took time and effort, but at the end it was all worth it because I got to experience her work and accomplished my first professional photoshoot. Most definitely, I loved Connie’s work because we enjoyed each others company and laughing at the same time to create these beautiful memories together for my family to cherish.

We are so glad that we hired Connie for our daughter Melissa's Senior Portraits. We were overwhelmed at the prospect of planning a photo shoot, but Connie made the experience really fun and exciting! Connie spoke with Melissa to find out her interests in order to help her put together her outfits and accessories; likewise, Connie suggested a number of personal props for the photo shoot. While at Ventura, Melissa had fun switching in and out of multiple outfits and props, and each change gave a unique flair to the photos, making it feel like several photo shoots. We really appreciated the time, effort, and personal touches Connie brought to the project!

As a REALTOR®, I needed to have some photos taken of me for my business. I met with Connie initially in a consultation meeting to see if we were on the same page with what I thought I needed to convey in these photos. Through this discussion, I felt very comfortable that she understood what I was looking for in this key marketing piece. During the shoot, she had picked the spot, planned the shots, and adjusted as we went through the process. She captured the essence of conveying my professional, relaxed, approachable and open style. She spent time with details like, facial and eye expression, posing appropriately, and background framing to ensure the proper photo details. We built trust. The after consultation was the defining moment. I saw the result and what was captured that day and was pleasantly surprised. We selected print and digital photos, and I use them now in all of our marketing. Thank You Connie! I highly recommend her as your photographer!
