I had an absolute blast capturing these two sisters at play. What children do best, is to explore their environment. So naturally, I knew with having to do a photo shoot of a toddler and pre-schooler, that the best place to do it would be outdoors! I basically allowed the youngest to take the lead, because I knew I could give the oldest directions. When there is a cute toddler involved there is no posing the subject. Instead, I had to apply simple strategic placement of the older child. All in all, it was extremely enjoyable to discover the texture and sound of “crunchy leaves”. Also, bench climbing was equally as exciting! But, the highlight of the photo session was taking the time to smell the roses, as you can see in these images! We had great afternoon of exploration…
