Welcome to my website! I am a Special Events and Portrait Photographer. As a photographer I believe that photography is more than just capturing an image of what is in front of me; rather I see it as an opportunity to express feelings. I enjoy utilizing the camera as my tool with which to convey life’s emotions. I am so privileged to do what I love, capturing High School Seniors, Families,Children,Engagements, and Special Events. It is my pleasure that you have taken interest in my work and I hope you find what you are looking for. Don't forget to revisit often for sneak peeks...

Little Ballerina

Children are always ready to share their new found joys.  This “little Ballerina” requested a mini photo session after we had just finished with a formal family portrait shoot  and excitedly rushed upstairs to change into her dress-up  ballerina outfit.  Thus, she gracefully danced in front of my camera.  Here is a fun sequence of those images and the precious moment….

Sister & Me

Natural expressions are easy to capture when the subject feels at ease.  This November, I had the pleasure of meeting these two pretty and very smart little girls. It’s always a bit of a challenge to hold the interest of a Preschooler and or Kindergartner.  But in knowing so, the key is to start out slow.  After spending about a good eight minutes of casual conversation and getting to know all about these young girls interests and favorite things, I then took my camera out of my bag.  I had them sit in their comfortable arm chair, faced toward the patio window and thus continued to chat away while giving them simple instructions as to how to place their arms and hands.  We talked all about the upcoming holidays and “presents” they were looking forward to receiving.   This just made it so much more fun to capture the sparkle in their eyes as they described the things they had on their wish lists. The girls just had a very fun time posing for me as they alternated turns to be in front of the camera. In doing so, it allowed for them to take little breaks in between shots. All in all, it was my pleasure to be able to capture such sweet loving images of these beautiful and very smart little girls.  It was very impressive to learn that these little girls are fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. “ You Go Girls! ”

Tony B. - Nice job on these sweet kids Connie. Also, I like your site. Really shows your elegance and beautiful shooting style well.
